Kevin is the Chief Technology Officer of Utility, with over 20 years of experience in engineering leadership building high-performing and diverse engineering organizations. At Utility, he is responsible for the company's technical strategy, formulation, development, and cross-functional delivery of their award-winning mobile and web applications. In his previous role as Engineering Director at Teachers Pay Teachers, he led engineering efforts for the world's largest marketplace of peer-to-peer educational materials. The service was used by over 7 million educators and has over 1 billion downloads worldwide. Prior to this, as an Engineering Manager at The New York Public Library, he led the digital transformation efforts of mobile and web application teams creating their next-generation research catalog, launching e-reading initiatives, and modernizing the organization’s website serving over 18 million patrons annually.

An experienced leader in software development, Courteney has over 10 years of experience in developing and architecting popular, feature rich platforms. Previously a Senior Software Engineer at Teachers Pay Teachers, Courteney helped make it easier for the world’s teachers to get the classroom materials they need. She also wrote open source software at the New York Public Library to make reading easier and guided brand-new developers on their paths to engineering careers at Dev Bootcamp. She's worked extensively with tools and technologies like Ruby, Python, Elixir, JavaScript, Postgres, MySQL, and even WordPress (in a pinch!) to advance company objectives. Courteney attended Columbia University and studied Anthropology and English while there.

Saul is an accomplished and forward-thinking Product Leader with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with stakeholders goals. Saul’s career journey has been characterized by a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance user experience and engagement. At Utility, he has led countless teams that have built products ranging from a guest experience digital ecosystem for a fast-growing national hospitality brand to a sports-focused, video-based social media app (backed by Mark Cuban). Equally important, Saul is dedicated to ensuring the app's content, performance, and growth strategies align with Rakuten Advertising’s business needs. His visionary leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality will drive the project's success, resulting in a mobile application that not only meets the objectives but also delights its users.

Before joining Utility, Juan served as Product Lead at Helium, Inc.for seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
